What personal information is collected about you

Through the use of the SMS service, Law Offices of Alexis Saab will receive the following information from our SMS service provider: your mobile phone number when you send a text message, the content your send through the message, as well as any comments or feedback regarding the service that you send us.

How Law Offices of Alexis Saab uses Personal information about you

We use Personal Information to provide you with the service, process and respond to inquiries, improve the service, if necessary, contact you with important announcements, reminders and/or messages.

Each message that you send through the SMS feature is stored on our servers. We retain these messages on our servers. The Law Offices of Alexis Saab utilizes servers and services owned by third parties.

A mobile user might opt-in by:

•  Entering a phone number online,

• Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number, or

•  Signing up with the attorney for desired case and sending the office a text to opt in
